My Name is Sarah and I live in the bustling metropolis that is Coventry. I originally hail from Bangor, Northern Ireland but moved here when I went to University a few years ago.
I have been interested in cooking for as long as I remember and have gained experience over the years from the various disasters that I have managed to create. The only difference now is that I tend to have less disasters, or know how to try and rescue them and the language is a little more colourful when it all goes wrong!
I am also a keen baker and have stumbled blindly into the challenging world of cake decorating. This holds some amusement for certain people close to me as I am possibly the most clumsy and impatient person on the face of the earth, so choosing this as a hobby may not have been the best idea. Having said that I like a challenge and I'm ambitious so who knows where it will lead.
I'm a physiotherapist by day but also seem to be the go to for any culinary questions my colleagues may have. So if any of you out there in cyberspace have any cakes that won't rise or want ideas for dishes, consider me your cookery guru (exaggerating my talents slightly, but the internet is a wonderful thing, so if I don't know it, someone will).
