Horse cake

I haven't done a cake for anyone in a while so I had a few mishaps with this one, mainly because I forgot I was doing it and wasn't even slightly organised. I got the idea for the cake from Perfect Party Cakes, as I thought it better to follow something relatively simple with not much time left to do it.
It turned out quite well in the end, though and the recipient was happy so I wasn't too worried. I'm sure I will get back into the swing of things soon.

Hi... When I saw the title of Horse Cake, I have to admit that I had a completely different image in my head (!) but that cake scene is just too cute for words - gorgeous!
